All process data will be displayed as curves or in tabular form and are automatically filed.  For processing at a later date the data are retrievable in various formats.

The data is available in various formats for real time monitoring, or analysis at a later time.


PROCESS CONTROL

  • 6 controlling parameters to choose from: forming distance, riveting time, riveting force, spindle Distance, external reference, final rivet head height
  • A choice of no less than 45 different riveting modes available
  • 63 pre-definable riveting programs, callable via manual input or via separate PLC
  • The optional NHE (see flier below), allows forming a head height, even by varying total assembly height. It provides the ability to accommodate very specific applications and produce to very tight tolerances. Many different modes can be chosen to meet your particular requirements.
  • Integrated data logger for recording process data
  • Riveting data can be visualised as curves
  • Data export and import via USB and Ethernet interfaces possible
  • As an option, a powerful Windows PC tool is available for data logging, backup, riveting curve analysis and diagnostic capabilities such as online diagnosis of force – stroke – time values.
